Contract Manager

To meet the needs of our constantly growing company, Global Jet Luxembourg is currently looking for a Contract Manager to supervise the commercial management and administration of contracts.

• Assisting in the preparation and drafting the contracts made with suppliers or customers in accordance with company policies
• Being the intermediary between the managers and external providers to ensure the appropriate match between the company needs and contractual requirements
• Preparing and negotiating the terms and conditions of contracts
• Ensuring compliance of the contract with the appropriate legislation
• Assisting and ensure follow-up of all procedures both before and after signature of contracts
• Investigating and addressing contract issues, resolving legal disputes
• Guarantee a good relationship with different providers as well with the managers

• A previous experience in a legal department with experience in dealing with contracts is required, educational background in business administration or law is preferred
• You have strong attention to detail coupled with strong organizational skills
• You are determined with a solutions-oriented approach
• Computer-literate
• Considering the international dimension of the company, fluency in English is mandatory, French will be considered as an asset
